You must not: 1) Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes. 2) Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or accounts. 3) Interfere with the operation or security of the website. 4) Copy or reproduce our website content without permission. 5) Use automated systems to scrape or collect website information without our permission. 6) Submit false or misleading information. Attempt to purchase products using fraudulent payment details. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, materials, dimensions and other product information are accurate. However, minor variations may occur. Product photographs may appear slightly different depending on your device, monitor or screen settings. Jewellery may also have minor variations resulting from manufacturing processes, natural materials, stones, pearls, finishes or handmade characteristics. Please read the individual product description carefully before placing an order. Where a product is described as sterling silver, 925 silver, plated, gold-plated, gemstone, pearl or another specific material, the description on the relevant product page applies. Where a product is described as hallmark certified, the relevant certification applies as stated on that product's description.

Jewellery should be handled and stored with care. Unless otherwise specified for a particular product, we recommend removing jewellery before: Showering or bathing. Swimming. Exercising. Sleeping. Applying perfume or cosmetics. Using cleaning chemicals. Performing activities that may cause impact, pulling or bending. Exposure to water, perspiration, perfume, lotions, chemicals, chlorine and other substances can affect the appearance or finish of jewellery. Tarnishing or colour changes caused by normal wear or exposure to environmental factors do not necessarily indicate a manufacturing defect. Please follow any product-specific care instructions supplied with your purchase.

Some JOYTYDE products are designed or marketed for children. Children's jewellery may contain small components and should be used with appropriate adult supervision. Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for the child using it. Product-specific age recommendations or safety information should always be followed.

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. Prices may change from time to time. We aim to ensure that all prices and promotional information are accurate. If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilling an order to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order. Nothing in this section limits rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

It does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched. We may contact you if additional information is required. We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. Delivery to the selected destination is not available. The order cannot be fulfilled for reasons outside our reasonable control. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to offer an alternative or arrange a refund for the affected item.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. JOYTYDE does not normally have access to your complete payment-card information where payment is processed through an external payment provider.

Shipping options and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout where available. Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside JOYTYDE's reasonable control. These may include: Courier delays. Weather. Public holidays. Customs processing. Border restrictions. Incorrect delivery information. Transport disruptions. Other unforeseen events. Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or the parcel may be returned. Please contact JOYTYDE as soon as possible if you realise that your delivery information is incorrect. Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.
